Sometimes the shipper is the same as the seller. Consignor is a synonym of shipper. Relationships: • The shipper is a customer of a LSP or a railway undertaking. • The shipper orders business services. • The shipper issues orders and instructions about its shipment. • The shipper receives information on their goods (cargo or consignments).
