Infrastructure Restrictions are changes to the infrastructure, which would affect the train characteristics agreed between the IM and RU in the contracted timetables. Infrastructure Restrictions are contained in the Infrastructure Restriction Notice Database. Rerouting is included in the database only if this has an effect on the train characteristics. The Infrastructure Restriction Notice Database does not cover train delays.
