In the Measurement class some valueType values can be detailed or even require information about the time period. For example, an averageValue is usually computed from values of a finite time period. For smart devices, the start and end time of the evaluationPeriod can be filled in directly. For simple sensors, the values (average, min, max, ...) could to be calculated (if desired) by the technology interface component together with the corresponding evaluationPeriod.
